well when youre as good as DF its not as bad because you're consistantly winning, but a team of people who all think they are better than eachother will disband reeaall quick if they ever start losing

I'm kinda in the same situation. Looking to get into GvG, but I have no real gvg experience. Kinda sucks how hard it is to get into this stuff heh.

The hardest point is the starting point. Finding the same 4-8 individuals that wish to partake in PvP. The rest can be sorted out with player will power and maturity and tons of trial and error.

Really important thing to do is not join a guild with a ridiculous goal (a rank 2k guild trying to get top 300 in a week).

You can usually tell when a guild wants to improve and work its way up there, and when a guild is just trying to get up ranks quickly and will most likely disband.
